BANDWIDTH THEFT

Don't think we won't catch bandwidth thieves! Our logs are examined monthly and all bandwidth thieves are reported to their web service providers.

We also serve a "surprise image" instead of the one being hot linked on a regular basis...

Images used on your site must be saved to your computer or server and not referenced in your html code to the images located on our server.

Making IMG calls to images located on our site from your html documents is considered bandwidth theft.

To clarify this in case you don't understand, don't write your html code like this...

   <IMG SRC="http://www.photoimpact-objects.com/our_image.gif">
 
Save the file your using to your own server and write your html code like this instead...

   <IMG SRC="http://www.your_server.com/any_name.gif">

Fair warning...

Sites stealing bandwidth will be reported to their hosting provider with a demand that the site be removed or disabled until such copyright violations are removed.

Occasionally we serve an image that says "This person is stealing bandwidth from PIobjects.com" to all pages hot linking our images. You don't want this image to come up on your site for everyone to see!
