POLICY

1.  These images are not public domain, they are free to use only on your own personal web pages, use on commercial pages requires a membership.

Web designers may use our images on a customers site only if they are a member. See the membership page for complete details.

2.  Images used on your site must be saved to your computer or server and not referenced in your html code to the images located on our server.

Making IMG calls to images located on our site from your html documents is considered bandwidth theft.

To clarify this in case you don't understand, don't write your html code like this...

Save the file your using to your own server and write your html code like this instead...

   <IMG SRC="http://www.your_server.com/any_name.gif">

3.  If you use our images we require that you credit piobjects.com by adding a link back to our site. Text with html tags and images for linking are provided on our Linking to us page along with instructions.

Members are excluded from this rule and do not have to link back to this site. See the membership page for complete details.

4.  Our images must be used in a context sensitive manner in end user applications. Images are to be used for site decoration only and may not be displayed or offered as clip art or in any way that implies the images may be downloaded and reused by a third party for any purpose.

5.   Images may not be used with card scripts, this type of application is not site decoration.

6.  This art may be altered to suit the design of your site, in fact, we encourage it and even offer tutorials! Many people use these images as scanned but you may want to fine tune them or add effects. All the restrictions described in this document also apply to images that are altered.

7.  These images may be used for personal printed applications such as scrapbooks. For commercial printed applications of any type, we require the purchase of a membership. There are no exceptions to this policy.
